I absolutely love HTeaO! The tea selection is amazing, but what really sets this place apart is their fantastic customer service. Every time I visit, the staff is welcoming, friendly, and always ready with great recommendations. The Texas Chai is a personal favorite, and you definitely have to try the secret menu Blueberry Muffin tea—it's incredible! Highly recommend stopping by!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Valeria ! Every time I come in, she's got the biggest smile and is so incredibly helpful. She always remembers my usual order, but she's also great at suggesting new teas when I'm feeling adventurous. Her positive energy really makes my day, and the service is always super quick and friendly.

I ordered different flavored teas for a tea bar I was doing for a graduation party, everyone loved the teas, I had the teas delivered to my house and they were on time with the delivery. For the next party I’m definitely ordering again from HTeaO!

I am so glad there is finally an HTeaO here in Horizon! I’ve been a loyal customer at their locations in Midland, Pecos, and Carlsbad, and I’m happy to report this spot is just as good. This is real Texas tea. The quality is consistently top-notch, and the tea is always fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is great, too—they always have excellent music playing, which makes the vibe so much better than your average shop. The staff is professional, friendly, and actually helpful when I ask about sugar-free options. It’s worth the drive to know I’m going to get a great-tasting drink and a positive experience every single time. So happy to have a reliable spot like this right here in the community!
